Eggy Toast

A perfect culinary evolution, the eggy toast began as breakfast eggs, plus sliced bread prepared in a toaster, into perhaps the single most important dish in The Cocoverse.

At its simplest, eggy toast is composed of a single piece of toasted bread topped with lightly scrambled eggs.

In its modern appearance, the egg preparation has subtle complexity, to give it the proper consistency for eggy toast.

The eggs are cooked slowly, TODO.

For the standard two servings, 1.5 tablespoons of butter are melted on medium-low heat in a pan, on the stovetop.

TODO

The Princess does not like anything "creamy", so the eggs will typically be portioned in two near the end of frying, with one portion recieving a topping of cheese, either shredded parmaggiano or sliced brick cheese of some kind, and less cooking time; and one portion being flipped more and cooked through.

Dogs

Dogs are a perfect travel food. We stayed still in Provo for months, and when we left we knew we needed to bring some meat with us. Dogs don't need to be carefully refrigerated on the hours-long drives between stops.

Typically prepared on the stove top, they can also be microwaved in the middle of the night to avoid waking up The Princess.

The buns are microwaved for up to 15 seconds immediately prior to serving.

Buns are usually filled with yellow mustard prior to insertion of the dog, but also sometimes with ketchup, wasabi aoli, or caramelized onions.
